With a mix of both creative talent and programming ability, Wesley and his team build visuals that are as fluid and artistic as they are statistically sound. He is a founding partner of the art and technology studio Sosolimited, which began in 2003 as a DJ and VJ crew. Their first shows were at nightclubs and festivals were electronic music accompanied by reactive motion graphics.

His Digital Water Pavilion at the 2008 World Expo was hailed by Time magazine as one of the Best Inventions of the Year.

As director of the Centre for Interdisciplinary Memory Research in Essen, Harald Welzer supervises projects within Climate & Culture, a new research unit at the Institute for Advanced Study in the Humanities (KWI) in Essen. Moreover, he is also professor of social psychology at the University of Witten/Herdecke, affiliated member of faculty of the MARIAL Center at Emory University (Atlanta, USA) and member of various scientific advisory boards and academies.
